The organization is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources professional to support effective talent management, performance management, and organizational development. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet one of the following academic and professional requirements:
· Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration (HR specialization) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Master’s Degree in Public Administration with at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (HR specialization) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Additional advantages:
· HR professional certifications
· Trainings in leadership, management, and industrial dispute management
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
· One (1) Human Resources & Administration Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
· Ensure recruitment and retention of required talent and manage induction training programs
· Manage employee performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) through RBM IT systems and off-system reporting
· Translate organizational strategy into actionable HR plans, KPIs, and milestones
· Develop and implement the Annual Capacity Building Plan
· Prepare payroll and ensure statutory and legal deductions compliance
· Serve as Secretary to the Internal Disciplinary Committee (IDC)
· Coordinate staff meetings, HR reports, and statutory governance meetings
· Prepare and present HR activity reports to governance committees and the Board
· Implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational strategy
· Promote organizational culture, professional conduct, and core values
· Lead employee engagement, diversity management, and staff wellness initiatives
· Mentor, coach, and develop future leadership talent
· Handle staff-management relations and dispute resolution professionally
· Participate in continuous improvement projects
· Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Technical & Professional Skills
· Excellent knowledge of Rwandan labor and human capital management laws
· Proven experience in HR management within a similar organization
· Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
· Ability to influence, lead, and manage teams effectively
· Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Communication & Behavioral Skills
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
· High ethical standards and professional integrity
· Ability to work independently under pressure
Language Skills
· English (required)
· French and Kinyarwanda (added advantage)
EXAMS TO BE CONDUCTED
Shortlisted candidates will undergo the following assessments:
1. Psychometric Test
o Languages: English
o Domains: Decision Making, Competence & Skills, Time Management, Coordination, Behavior & Attitude, Communication, Conflict Resolution
2. Written Examination
3. Oral Interview
