DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
· Managing financial operations, accounting, procurement, and compliance functions.
· Overseeing production processes including SMT, PCB assembly, electromechanical systems, and quality control.
· Leading R&D activities including hardware design, embedded systems development, software integration, cybersecurity, and product validation.
· Supervising maintenance of industrial equipment and ensuring operational efficiency.
· Supporting administrative, warehouse, planning, and project-based agricultural training activities.
Each role includes specific technical and operational responsibilities aligned with REMCO’s engineering and manufacturing standards.
