AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Finance Manager (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage general ledger and accounting processes.

·       Coordinate accounting projects and audits.

·       Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.

·       Balance credit card ledgers and verify contracts.

·       Monitor budgets, taxes, profits, and financial controls.

·       Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

·       Lead and mentor finance team members.

·       Support employee training and financial process improvements.

·       Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with no prior work experience required.

·       OR

·       Two-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience.

2. Loss Prevention Officer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

·       Patrol hotel premises and ensure safety and security.

·       Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and fire safety systems.

·       Respond to emergencies, accidents, and security incidents.

·       Conduct safety inspections and investigations.

·       Prepare incident and daily activity reports.

·       Assist guests and employees during emergencies.

·       Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.

·       Maintain confidentiality of security information.

·       Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate:

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to respond effectively during emergencies.

·       Good observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a professional hospitality environment.

·       Commitment to safety, integrity, and customer service.
