ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Have completed Rwanda Advanced Level National Examinations (2024-2025) with at least 75% in one of the following subject combinations: MEG, HEG, HEL, LEG, or MCE.
2. Be aged between 18 and 25 years.
3. Have a strong command of the English language (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
4. Show an interest in the internet economy, e-commerce, and business.
