• Hold a recognized academic degree in relevant government-related fields;
• Possess relevant work experience where required, or present a certificate of good conduct issued by the National Public Prosecution Authority (Criminal Records Clearance);
• Must not have been dismissed from previous employment or government service due to misconduct;
• Be in good health.

RIB is recruiting highly qualified personnel for the following vacancies:

1. Investigator in Different Fields
Level: 5.II
• Required Profile: Public Finance Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Sociology, Professional Psychology, Political Science, Law, Administration, Forensic Sciences, Information Technology, Education, Correctional Sciences, International Relations, or Social Studies.
• Key Skills: Criminal investigations, report writing, communication, teamwork, computer literacy. Knowledge of Kinyarwanda, English, and French is required.

2. Surveillance Officer / Operations Officer / Tactical Response Officer
Level: 5.III
• Required Profile: At least A2 in any field.
• Key Skills: Teamwork, observation and reporting, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, physical fitness, and discipline. Knowledge of Kinyarwanda, English, or French is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will:
• Conduct criminal investigations and intelligence gathering;
• Prepare and present accurate reports on assigned cases;
• Work closely with other agencies and security institutions
; • Participate in surveillance, operations, and tactical response activities where required;
• Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times;
• Contribute to strengthening national security and public trust in the justice system.
