Applications are now open for the prestigious MemBioMed Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programme, inviting talented students from all over the world to apply for fully funded scholarships. This highly competitive and globally recognised Master’s programme focuses on cutting‑edge research and training in membrane biology, biomedical sciences, and related interdisciplinary fields. MemBioMed is offered by a consortium of leading European institutions coordinated by Université Côte d’Azur in France, in partnership with other top universities, including Universität Osnabrück in Germany and Università di Genova in Italy. These partners work together to provide a truly international academic experience with multiple mobility components, research placements, and cross‑disciplinary training.

 

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

·       Fully funded support covering travel, visa, installation, and subsistence costs for scholarship holders.

·       Exemption from tuition/participation fees and other mandatory programme costs for scholarship awardees.

·       Monthly allowance of €1,400 per month (pro‑rata of the actual number of days) for the entire 24‑month Master programme.

·       Coverage for study, research, placement activities, thesis preparation, and defence throughout the Master’s duration.

·       Insurance provided by the consortium for all participants, whether scholarship holders or self‑funded.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Open to candidates from all nationalities worldwide.

·       Applicants must hold a STEM Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; the specific title of the degree will be reviewed by the Selection Committee.

·       If applying before graduation, candidates should submit their current transcript; final degree proof must be provided before enrolment.

·       English proficiency is required (certificate or proof of at least 2 years of full‑time English‑medium study).

·       Genuine interest in membrane biology research is essential.

 

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
Master’s programme in membrane biology and biomedical sciences with mobility across partner universities in France, Italy, and Germany.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants must prepare and upload the following:

·       Current academic transcript of records (or final transcript upon graduationBachelor’s degree certificate or proof of expected graduation

·       English language certificate or Medium of Instruction proof.

·       Curriculum Vitae (CV) and motivation letter.

·       Any additional supporting documents required by the Selection Committee.
