SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

Successful applicants may receive one of the following funding packages:

·       Full tuition scholarship

·       Monthly stipend of NT$18,000 under the NTUST Scholarship

·       ASUS Scholarship:

o   Full scholarship

o   Monthly stipend of NT$12,000

o   Travel expenses

·       International Dual Doctoral Degree Scholarship:

o   Full scholarship

o   Monthly stipend of NT$20,000

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Be citizens of countries other than Taiwan.

·       Not have previously studied in Taiwan as Overseas Chinese Students.

·       Meet the Ministry of Education (MOE) regulations if holding dual nationality with Republic of China (ROC) citizenship.

·       Be ineligible if they are stateless.

·       Have completed the required previous level of education:

o   High school diploma for Bachelor's applicants.

o   Bachelor's degree for Master's applicants.

o   Master's degree for PhD applicants.

·       Not have studied in Taiwan for more than one year, except under approved MOE programs.

·       Submit certified academic transcripts and certificates translated into English or Chinese if originally issued in another language.

·       Meet the language proficiency requirements of the chosen academic program.

Programs are available across a wide range of science, engineering, technology, business, management, design, and related disciplines offered at NTUST.
